Hello, my name is Anca Savelio.  Born and raised in Romania in a family of artists, being exposed to traveling and music from a very young age, helped me develop a great understanding for different cultures and lifestyles, with a burning desire to explore the world. 

I moved to the US in 2002 and started my real estate career in Nevada the following year.  I always loved helping and being around people, so real estate fit me like a glove. My frequent weekend trips to San Diego is how my love for this city ignited and inspired me to move here and help others make it their home. 

For the past 19 years I built a successful real estate business by continuously delivering exceptional results and helping clients secure the best opportunities in the San Diego market.  I hold a bachelor's degree in business administration and have many years of experience as a real estate investor, which allowed me to have a great understanding of every single detail of the real estate process from start to finish. 

Savvy negotiations and cutting-edge marketing strategies, coupled with uncompromising integrity and an ethical business conduct, are all at the core of my real estate service. From being extremely successful negotiating on behalf of the seller and using the right marketing tools to maximize the sales potential of my listings, to getting a buyer’s offer negotiated and accepted in this challenging market, I will go above and beyond to ensure the success of all my transactions, while tenaciously protecting my clients' interests.
